Meet our C.S.I. Staff

Richard Windham
Owner/Exercise Specialist

Richard founded Richard's Private Wellness and Fitness Studios, Inc. in the fall of 2003. Born in Fayetteville, N.C., he received his B.S. in Wellness and Fitness from North Georgia College & State University in 1996.

Richard has 13 years of experience in personal training and is ACSM certified. He has worked extensively with morbidly obese clients in the area of weight loss and nutrition and has helped individuals lose as much as 130+ pounds. In addition, Richard has four years experience in cardiac rehab and exercise science and six years in corporate fitness testing.

Richard and his wife Andrea reside in Baldwin and have four sons: Hoffman, 6, Langdon, 4, Stedman, 2 and recently welcomed Chamberlin to the family.

   

Gus Alexander
Exercise Specialist

A native of Native to Habersham, GA, Gus began working with Richard's in October of 2009.

Gus graduated from Habersham Central High School in 2007 and is currently attending North Georgia College & State University and plans to graduate with a degree in exercise science.

A resident of Demorest, GA, Gus is an avid runner and also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

   

Chris Busby
Exercise Specialist

A native of Atlanta, GA, Chris began working with Richard’s in November of 2007.

He is a graduate of Reinhardt College with a B.S. in Sports Information and has a Masters in Sports Studies from the University of Georgia. Chris has a background in physical education, distance running, speed training, and youth athletics.

He has previously worked in recreation and university athletics at Presbyterian College, UGA, North Georgia College & State University, and Lumpkin County Parks and Recreation.

Chris and his wife Cassie reside in Lumpkin County with their daughters Gracie Jane and Lily.

Carey Michael Woodall
Studio Manager/Exercise Specialist

Carey Michael began working with Richard's in October of 2007 and is a native of Dahlonega, GA.

He graduated from North Georgia College & State University with a B.S. in Athletic Training. Carey Michael specializes in sports medicine, injury assessment, and rehabilitation.

Durning his tenure at NGCSU, he interned with Riverside Military Academy, White County High School, Pro Therapy Athletic Training and Physical Therapy Clinic, NGCSU Men's Soccer and Women's Softball teams, Kulish Family Medicine, and Guilford Clinic. Also, Carey Michael assisted athletes for two years at the Special Olympics Winter Games in Boone, NC.

Carey Michael resides in Dahlonega.
