Our Sessions

Whether you are looking to lose weight or tone up, our personal trainers will tailor a workout routine specifically for you. Each session includes a light stretch to begin followed by weight training with free weights, machines, and abdominal work. Our personal trainers are with you every step of the way to insure proper technique and your personal safety.

We offer different options for our clients to meet their health and fitness needs. Our private personal training is one-on-one or in small groups of no more than three. Corporate training is designed to meet the needs of business large and small in groups of three to four. Our Boot Camp is for clients who want to turn up their workouts to the max and our C.S.I. sessions are for young athletes who are looking to move their ability to the next level. All sessions are by appointment only.
