C.S.I. is designed for youth ages 5 to 18. Our program works to condition muscles, the cardiovascular system, increase speed and agility, and develop intensity and passion in sport. Our certified personal trainers will work with your child in a safe and positive environment where they will be challenged and encouraged to perform at a higher level.

Classes are held at Pitts Park in Clarkesville and Yahoola Creek Park in Dahlonega.

Single - $15 per Session

Team and Package Prices Available

Your child's personal trainer will assist in a warm-up with light stretching and running. This is followed by 40 minutes of training in speed, agility, and conditioning. The session will conclude with stretching and flexability training.
