Boot Camp Classes

Do you feel beach ready? Looking to boost your workouts with a great one hour class? Richard's Private Wellness & Fitness Studios is now offering Boot Camp Classes!

Our Boot Camp is a total body workout designed to get the heart pumping, the muscles working, and get you energized! The classes feature aerobic exercises, strength and power training, flexability training, and will be tailored by our certified personal trainers to work all ability levels to their maximum potential!

Boot Camp Class - $25 per person

Classes are one hour in length and begin at 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Classes must have a minimum 4 persons per class to be scheduled. Class size is no more than 6. Classes are hosted in our private training studios in Clarkesville and Dahlonega.
